1-M is an adult size and is the default size for ISO16321-1 testing,
(other sizes may become available if we see the demand)
This headform is designed to be used for :
- High-speed impact resistance , Impact Levels C, D, E
- Strength 1,2 & High Mass Impact 500g pointed missile*
- Has full set of coverage markings.
The headform comes with commonly used heart shaped base. Customised bases may be possible, please let us know your requirements for an appraisal.
*For Drop Ball /High Mass, a version with different base fixturing is supplied.
Headform is made from inner aluminium layered with 12mm polyurethane, having a surface hardness of (50 ± 5) Shore.
